Contract Manager | HEC

Responsibilities:
· To perform and handle the contractual and commercial matters including contract administration, contract management, variation management, claims, tendering, etc.
· To assist and support relevant department on any contractual and commercial issues.
· To assist to main contract management, to manage the correspondence, letter, notice and any other record between Company and Engineer and Employer.
· To prepare, review and comment the tender documents of subcontract works and the request for quotation / request for proposal of consultancy services.
· To evaluate and interpret all contracts’ conditions and obligations in order to advise on liabilities, risk and opportunities of the contracts / agreements.
· To perform tendering and contract awarding exercise.
· To draft, review and comment any contractual letters to be issued to subcontractors, consultants or relevant authorities.
· To assist leader and the team on any assignment or task assigned.
· To review and verify the monthly report.
· To fulfill other tasks assigned by the management.
