Returning HCUC students will experience a quality environment despite a long closure

(Penang) Han Chiang University College of Communication (HCUC) continuously strives to maintain the conduciveness of the campus environment during the movement control order. Thus, the campus is totally prepared to welcome its students at any time.

Khoo Kah Ban, Manager of Computer and Information Department, said that HCUC has been closed for more than five months, but the university college has been paying attention to various facilities on its campus from time to time to ensure that all equipment is in good condition.

“During this period, we maintained the buildings, ensured sustenance of the plants in the compound and arranged for housekeeping service on campus regularly to keep the campus clean and beautiful,” Khoo explained some of the measures taken by the campus administration. 

He said that although the students did not use the computer labs during the movement control order, the university college decided to upgrade the equipment in the MacLab so that returning students can study and complete their assignments in a more comfortable, advanced and quality environment.

“We look forward very much to the return of students to our campus for classes, thus, we are constantly preparing and upgrading the facilities for them,” Khoo added.
