PENANG: It was a day filled with laughter and excitement as staff members of Han Chiang University College of Communication (HCUC) gathered for a teambuilding session at Bayview Beach Resort, Batu Ferringhi, recently.
HCUC Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Jenny Khoo said the teambuilding was a great opportunity for academics, administrators and staff to bond and make the university college a vibrant and dynamic community.
“We each play a vital role in shaping HCUC’s success. But it’s only when we connect, communicate and trust one another that we truly thrive.
“Teambuilding reminds us that beyond our titles and departments, we are one family connected by shared goals and a shared vision,” she said in her opening address during the event.
Staff took part in a series of engaging games and team challenges that tested their problem-solving skills, creativity, and collaboration.
The activities, both held indoor and outdoor, encouraged friendly competition and provided an opportunity for staff to unwind from their daily routines.
